TERMS OF SERVICE

Hello! Please make sure to read all my TOS before commissioning me;

» PAYMENT «

  • Payment must be made after the sketch is approved, via PayPal, Ko-Fi or Artistree in USD only. If the payment is above $100, it will be 50/50; 50% after the sketch is approved and 50% after the illustration is finished.

  • I am not responsible for additional fees charged by PayPal, Ko-Fi, Artistree, or other payment platforms.

  • Please do not send more than the agreed amount. I will not refund overpayments; any additional amount will be considered a tip.

» COMMERCIAL USE «

  • Commercial use is allowed for purposes such as YouTube channels, promotional material, etc.

  • However, using my artwork as merchandise for resale is not allowed unless specifically discussed and agreed upon beforehand.

  • Credit must be given, and my watermark may not be removed.

  • Do not use my artwork to promote hate, homophobia, or any problematic causes.

  • DO NOT use my art for AI training.

»REFUND POLICY «

  • No refunds after receiving the finished sketch.

» DEADLINES «

  • I do not work with deadlines; however, commissions received directly from the Artistree website will follow the deadlines displayed on the commission options.

  • WIPs are sent every 1-2 weeks for complex projects, usually during weekends.

  • You can request WIPs and I encourage you to!

  • If you need the artwork done for a specific date, let me know beforehand.

» MODIFICATIONS «

  • Changes can be requested freely during the sketch and lineart stages. After coloring begins, only minor modifications can be requested. No changes can be made once the illustration is finished, except for fixing minor mistakes on my part.

» PERMISSIONS / COPYRIGHT USAGE «

  • You can post, repost, and share the commissioned artwork as long credit is given.

  • Turning the commissioned artwork into personal merch for yourself is okay.

  • You are not allowed to claim, edit, trace, copy, or modify my artwork in any circumstances without my consent.

  • I have the right to post your finished commission image with my watermark on any of my social media sites. (If you would not like your commission to be posted up please tell me beforehand).

» FINAL DETAILS «

  • Commissioning me means you have agreed to these Terms of Service. Any commission request that violates these terms will be canceled immediately.

  • Please know exactly what you want beforehand and provide a description and reference pictures.

  • I won't draw NSFW.

Each artwork is made with a lot of love and care. I always want to deliver my very best to all my commissioners.Because of that, they take a lot of time and effort to be made. Please be aware that complex commissions may take longer periods of time to complete.Time estimates can be checked on my Artistree page:
